'Gravediggers' acquitted

Phineas Johnson and Maria Mnisi, parents of little Mnisi, are seen at the Koppies Magistrate's Court in the Free State on Tuesday, 22 April 2008.

A Free State farm owner Fanie Hyman also appeared along with the parents after he allegedly ordered them to dig up their baby who was buried on his farm.

Hyman drove his former employees and the coffin with the baby to Pretoria where all three were arrested. Charges against the parents were dropped and Hyman will appear again on June 4th.
